Paradise New Cairo holds a very strategic location in the newly booming district, New Cairo. Our compound is set on the Suez Road, directly overlooking the new AUC campus. It is the newest part of Cairo, where all the cream of the society get to escape from the pollution and population density of older Cairo, and get to start a new and relaxing life in this newly developed district.

Paradise New Cairo is Egypto’s newest project, located in the new district of the 5th settlement on the Suez Road. It contains 79 luxurious villas, built on an area of 25 acres, making only 12% of the total compound area. Our villas were designed by the top architects in Egypt, and our brilliant landscape promises to offer the residents of Paradise a truly secluded and relaxing environment to live in.

The villas in Paradise range between an area of 220-530 m2. Each villa has its own private garden and a splendid view of either the artificial lakes or the green carpet landscape that stretches beyond the horizon.
